Hand Crafted Fine World Culture Instruments:

I offer Indigenous instruments I make from various mediums. Below you will find and example of  instruments Native to various parts of the globe. All have been hand crafted in workshops I offer at a local middle school here in Mitchell County North Carolina.
See Events and Workshops for images taken during these workshops.

Udu Drums

The Udu drum originated from the Igbo people of Nigeria.Unlike other percussion instruments, the Udu drum was invented and developed by the women of the Igbo people from clay pots. Today these instruments are played for ceremony around the world and the Igbo people play them in Christian churches as well as their Native ceremonies.
